  • Print-on-Demand books require production before shipment.
  • Processing and printing times may vary depending on book specifications, order volume, and production schedules.

2. Production Time

  • Most Print-on-Demand books are printed within 3–10 business days after order confirmation.
  • Large orders or special publications may require additional production time.
  • Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.

3. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped through reputable courier and postal service providers.
  • Shipping methods may vary depending on destination, package size, and service availability.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Within India

  • Estimated delivery: 5–15 business days after dispatch.

International Orders

  • Estimated delivery: 10–30 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, local postal services, and destination country regulations.

5. Order Tracking

Where tracking services are available, tracking information will be provided to customers after dispatch.

6. Delivery Delays

Penora Publishers is not responsible for delays caused by:

7. Incorrect Address Information

Claims should include:

9. International Duties and Taxes
